1. The plan
- $39 per month plus applicable sales tax, billed monthly to your card on the same day each month.
- 12-month term. The total for a full term at the regular price is $468 plus tax. Founding member spots and gifts reduce single months – the exact amounts and your total are shown before you subscribe.
- Renews automatically for another 12 months at the then-current regular price unless you cancel before the end of the term (“My plan” → “Cancel my plan”, online, no call). We remind you about 35 days before each renewal.
- No commission on your sessions – only the standard card processing fee (2.9 % + 30¢ per payment, also on refunds) is deducted from your payouts.
- 14-day money-back on a first plan: end it within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund, nothing else due.
2. If the plan ends early
Cancelling only stops the renewal – your current 12-month term continues and its monthly payments stay due. The plan ends early only if you delete your account during a term, or if a monthly payment is still unpaid 60 days after its due date. Then this becomes due at once:
- the monthly payments that were already due and are unpaid, in full, and
- an early-termination amount of 50 % of the monthly payments that were not yet due (30 % if your business is in California).
Example: your plan ends after 4 months. 8 monthly payments of $39 ($312) were not yet due. You owe 50 % of that: $156 (California: $93.60) – plus any payment that was already due and unpaid. Months with a founding discount or a gift count at their discounted amount.
3. Month-by-month table

4. Why 50 % (California 30 %)
The 12-month plan is priced for a full year: we spend money to find and onboard each Coach/Consultant, keep a listing and the payment infrastructure ready for the year, and lose a spot we could have given to someone else. When a plan ends early, that loss is real but hard to put a precise number on at the time you sign up. The parties therefore agree that 50 % of the remaining payments (30 % in California) is a reasonable estimate of our loss – it is reduced from the full remaining price in your favor and is not a penalty. We keep a written, dated cost estimate behind these percentages.
5. When nothing is due
- You end a first plan within 14 days of the first payment.
- You die or become unable to work as a Coach/Consultant for 90 days or more (medical note).
- We change the Terms or the price to your disadvantage during your term and you end the plan within 30 days of our notice.
- We close your account without a breach on your part – then we refund fees paid for the time after closing.
