1. Founding member offer
For the first 500 Coaches/Consultants who start a plan on GoMyCoach, the regular monthly price of the 12-month plan is reduced for the first 6 months:
- Spots 1–150: months 1–6 free ($0/month).
- Spots 151–300: 50% off for months 1–6.
- Spots 301–500: 25% off for months 1–6.
Months 7–12 are billed at the regular monthly price that applied when the plan started (currently $39/month plus applicable tax). The plan is a 12-month plan billed monthly and renews automatically for 12 months at a time at the then-current regular price unless cancelled; the founding discount does not apply to renewals. The exact amounts and the total for the 12 months are shown before you subscribe. There are never more than 500 founding spots; when they are gone, the offer ends and is not extended. Card processing fees on session payments are not part of the offer.
2. How spots are assigned
- Coaches/Consultants who joined our waitlist before launch receive a spot first, in the order they joined the waitlist.
- Everyone else receives the lowest free spot at the moment their plan starts.
- “Plan starts” means the moment you save your payment method with Stripe after ticking the consent box on “My plan” – that timestamp decides the order, not the account creation.
- Your spot number and your discount are shown on “My plan” before you subscribe and in the confirmation email.
- We do not show a live counter of remaining spots. If you want to know whether spots are still available, email [email protected].
3. Waitlist reservations
A spot reserved for a waitlist member is held until a date we announce by email to that person (at least 30 days' notice, with a second reminder 7 days before the date). If the plan has not started by then, the reservation lapses and the spot goes to the next person. A reservation is tied to the email address used on the waitlist and cannot be transferred.
4. Gifts
We may give individual Coaches/Consultants a gift on their plan – for example a number of months free or a percentage off for a number of months. A gift is:
- personal: meant for one email address, or sent as a personal link that can be added to one account only (the first account that adds it);
- one-time: usable once, until the date stated with the gift; it is not replaced if it expires;
- not transferable and has no cash value; it cannot be sold, exchanged or paid out;
- revocable by GoMyCoach until it has been used;
- not combinable with a founding spot – if you have both, you choose one when you start your plan and the other lapses;
- part of the normal 12-month term: gift months do not extend the term; the discount covers the first months of a new plan or the next months of a running plan and must fit into the current term. This is shown before you use the gift.
If you cancel, the remaining monthly payments of the current term stay due at the amounts that apply to them, including any gift discount. If you end a first plan within 14 days (money-back), the gift is released.
5. General rules
- One founding spot or gift per person or business. Accounts that were deleted and re-created do not get a second founding offer.
- Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so.
- We keep records of spot assignments, reservations, reminder emails and gift use for at least 3 years.
- These Promotion Terms are part of our Terms of Service (section 10). If they conflict, these Promotion Terms apply to the founding offer and gifts.
- We may change these terms for future offers; a change never takes away a spot or gift already assigned.
