GoMyCoach LLC follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Notices of claimed infringement go to our designated agent:

2. How to send a notice

Your notice must contain (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine);
2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or a list, if several);
3. the exact location of the material on GoMyCoach (the profile link or review link) so we can find it;
4. your address, phone number and email address;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to the material promptly, tell the user who posted it, and give them a copy of your notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing can make you liable for damages (§ 512(f)).

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent with: your signature; the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, for Wyoming) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We forward the counter-notice to that person; unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights – as a rule after the second valid notice within 12 months that is not answered by a successful counter-notice, and earlier in clear cases. We keep a record of notices per account for this purpose.

5. Other rights

For trademark, privacy or personality-rights complaints (for example a photo of you used without permission), email [email protected] with the link and an explanation. We review these under our Terms of Service.
